Safety
Safety is a top priority, and we will do whatever it takes to achieve and sustain outstanding performance. Our safety culture starts with our company leadership. Our safety team is experienced, well-trained, and equipped with the resources to effectively administer all programs.
Project managers and superintendents act as champions for safety and play a crucial role in advancing our safety culture. Field supervisory personnel set the tone for safety at job sites and understand their critical role in delivering safety messages to each worker. Field employees communicate safety concerns and lend their experience to daily safety plan procedures.

Quality Assurance
Quality is central to our decision-making process throughout a construction project. From the project superintendent to the employee performing installation, we develop and implement an intensive quality assurance plan with standards for each person’s job. Our senior staff will oversee the quality of each project and perform inspections to ensure we deliver the best results possible.
