ALLCON is a minority and woman-owned and operated business—and we’re a minority woman-owned and operated business in the construction field. That’s unique!
Herstory
A new build starts at ground level and works its way up, story by story. ACG’s “story” is similar, beginning with founder and CEO Dara Davis’s volunteer service at a community development non-profit. Dara was soon hooked on helping people, and as she became enamored with the work she was doing, she steadily climbed the ladder of opportunity.
From accounting to project management, housing director to real estate director, and finally, to COO (managing single-family homes, developing two new subdivisions, and renovating over 50 family units plus commercial property), Dara gained a real-world understanding of what it takes to build a cohesive community.
Her next step—a marketing position at an engineering firm—nudged her toward the construction industry, and it was here that she found her calling. ACG launched in 2020 with over 20 years of project management experience and a staff with 110 years of combined service in construction and real estate development. We’ve since tripled our workforce—and we continue to grow.
